Use of AI – Important Client Guidance

We use selected AI tools to assist in delivering our services. We remain fully responsible for the advice and other services we provide.
Clients may also be considering using AI tools. We ask that clients exercise caution when doing so.
In particular, clients should take care not to:

– Upload or share our advice or documents with AI tools

– Use AI tools to review advice we have given

– Input any confidential and/or sensitive information into AI systems

AI tools are learning systems, and information entered into them may be stored, processed, or used to improve the service.
As a result, this may:

– Compromise confidentiality (information may be stored or shared externally)

– Lead to inaccurate or misleading results
